Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY

The returns policy is valid for 14 working days from the purchase date for you to return your item/s back to us.

To be eligible to return an item, the item must be unused and provided back in the same condition that it was received, including any of the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot exchange or refund orders of pierced earrings for hygienic purposes. These can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty.

You must notify us via email to info@mavilondon.co.uk  before returning any item. Please state in the email:

•Order/invoice number
•Your contact name and phone number
•Reason for returning the item/s
•Whether you would like an exchange or refund

 

Once your refund request has been approved, you will be provided with the address to which the items must be returned to./ Exchanges and customer returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Mavi London Ltd does not accept responsibility for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that full postage fees have been paid at the time the item is returned. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, without undue delay,
